POLICY
CEDARS END FARM PEMBROKE WELSH CORGI
The puppy is guaranteed as a healthy pet and guaranteed against life-threatening congenital disease only. If a licensed veterinarian determines a life-threatening congenital defect exists, a puppy of equal value will be given as soon as a puppy is available.
For the protection of the buyer, Cedars End Farm provides the buyer a guarantee of life-threatening congenital disease of seven days after the removal from the kennel. If within a seven day period, a licensed veterinarian determines serious illness or congenital defect exists, the puppy, if returned within seven days after the initial guarantee period along with the examining veterinarian's letter certifying the condition, will be accepted in exchange for a puppy of equal value
A deposit of $250.00 is required to hold a puppy. Deposits are non-refundable unless I cannot provide you a puppy. Cedars End Farm reserves the right to return a deposit. Deposits are accepted via PayPal, cashiers check, cash. No checks accepted
By making a deposit, you will be placed on the list in the order that deposits are received.
Every effort is made to match a pup's temperament with the dynamics of the family in which he/she will be spending the rest of their life. The pups will be evaluated as to their temperament both in the litter pack and with interactions with other dogs, cats, humans, new environments.
Purchaser agrees to TRAIN their puppy. We cannot stress how important it is to have a well-mannered dog in your home. Also crate train your puppy. Purchaser must not allow puppy to run rampant and have its way whenever it chooses to do so. Rules and manners make a happy puppy and a happy home.
Pups are sold with copies of AKC registration and pedigrees (non-breedable).
Once the animal leaves premises, Purchaser assumes responsibility of puppy. Cedars End Farm assumes no responsibility for any veterinarian expenses / others; upkeep; training; medication or transportation nor is responsible or liable. By agreeing to this information, you agree to abide by Cedars End Farm policies. If you ever need to find a new home for your pet, you will contact Cedars End Farm before giving or selling your pup to someone else. No cash refunds.
Cedars End Farm assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable to any person for any damage or injury to persons or property that may be caused by the dog, or any of its offspring. Cedars End Farms is not responsible for any bills incurred by Buyer. Buyer agrees to fully defend, release, indemnify and hold harmless Cedars End Farm any claim, cause of action or judgment that may arise in connection with the dog, or any of its offspring,.
This written instrument constitutes the entire agreement between Buyer and Seller aka Cedars End Farm, and may not be modified orally or in writing, except by a written agreement (addendum) signed by the Buyer and Cedars End Farm.
Buyer acknowledges that he has read this Agreement in its entirety, understands each and every term, promise, and obligation hereunder, and agrees to be bound thereby.
All rules of ownership of the AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB are incorporated herein by reference.
GENERAL
Puppies are available to leave the farm between the age of 8 weeks. If you cannot pick up your pup by 9 weeks, we will be glad to board the pup for you at the cost of $15.00 per week.
Purchaser is provided the puppy's vaccination / worming record in order to give to your veterinarian. Take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian immediately in order to continue vaccination and heartworm protocols. Purchaser is also provided AKC
registration, pedigree, any other applicable paperwork and a small bag of current food which is IAMS PUPPY.
Puppies are guaranteed against congenital, life-threatening disease for one year. The term GUARANTEE is not meant to imply that this dog will NEVER develop an illness. There is no line of dogs completely free of hereditary defects. Most defects are not so serious that it drastically interferes with a dog's quality of life and with proper nutrition and veterinary care, they can live fulfilling lives. Reasonable effort has been taken to ensure that such disorders are avoided; however, the Purchaser is advised that it is still entirely possible that such problems can occur in any dog.
Purchaser agrees to train their puppy. We cannot stress how important it is to have a well-mannered dog in your home. Also crate train your puppy. Purchaser must not allow puppy to run rampant and have its way whenever it chooses to do so. Rules and manners make a happy puppy and a happy home.
A $250.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve your puppy received via PAYPAL, wired funds, cash or cashier’s check. NO CHECKS.
***The deposit is non-refundable, so please make sure you have given this considerable thought. We will ONLY refund a deposit IF I do not have any puppy to provide you.
Balance is due upon picking up the pup. CASH ONLY. No checks.
We reserve the right to deny any sale; any animal shall only go to approved, good homes. No puppy shall be put in a shelter, given away or discarded.
Veterinary Health Certificate (Fee $25) – Tri County Animal Clinic
We are also offering the option to have the Health Check done by our vet before you pick up your puppy. You will be provided with an official health certificate by the vet.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Dogs are placed only in approved homes and we reserve the right to repossess any said dog if dog is being mistreated/abused/neglected, etc.
Seller assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable to any person for any damage or injury to persons or property that may be caused by the animal, or any of its offspring. Seller is not responsible for any bills incurred by Buyer. Buyer agrees to
fully defend, release, indemnify and hold harmless Seller from any claim, cause of action or judgment that may arise in connection with the animal, or any of its offspring, regardless of any negligence on the part of the Seller.
