Please read all information carefully.

You are choosing a pet that is to be a member of the family, so remember and understand the
 commitment and responsibility this entails.

Getting a puppy should not be a hasty action. Please give this considerable thought.

GENERAL

Puppies are available to leave the farm between the ages of 7 to 8 weeks.  If you cannot pick up your pup by 9 weeks, we will
be glad to board the pup for you at the cost of $15.00 per week.

Purchaser is provided the puppy's vaccination / worming record in order to give to your veterinarian. Take your puppy to a
licensed veterinarian immediately in order to continue vaccination and heartworm protocols. Purchaser is also provided AKC
registration, pedigree, any other applicable paperwork and a small bag of current food which is IAMS PUPPY.

Puppies are guaranteed against congenital, life-threatening disease for one year.  The term GUARANTEE is not meant to imply
that this dog will NEVER develop an illness.  There is no line of dogs completely free of hereditary defects.  Most defects are
not so serious that it drastically interferes with a dog's quality of life and with proper nutrition and veterinary care, they can
live fulfilling lives.  Reasonable effort has been taken to ensure that such disorders are avoided; however, the Purchaser is
advised that it is still entirely possible that such problems can occur in any dog.

Purchaser agrees to TRAIN their puppy. You must take your puppy to Obedience classes! We cannot stress how important it is
to have a well-mannered dog in your home. Also crate train your puppy. Purchaser must not allow puppy to run rampant and
have its way whenever it chooses to do so. Rules and manners make a happy puppy and a happy home.

A $250.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve your puppy received via GOOGLE WALLET, PAYPAL*, wired funds,
cash or cashier’s check. NO CHECKS. (*Add 3.5% if using Paypal for Final Payment).

***The deposit is non-refundable, so please make sure you have given this considerable thought. We will ONLY refund a
deposit IF I do not have any puppy to provide you OR you may apply the deposit to the next upcoming litter for a puppy of equal
value.**

Balance is due upon picking up the pup. CASH ONLY. No checks.

We reserve the right to deny any sale; any animal shall only go to approved, good homes. No puppy shall be put in a shelter,
given away or discarded.

Puppies/Dogs are NOT merchandise. NO MONETARY REFUNDS.  You cannot return one like a washer/dryer and expect
monetary refunds!  TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS!  This is NOT a business, but a small hobby farm and we only
have approximately 1 to 2 amstaff litters per year and 1 to 2 chessie litters per year.  Make sure you want a puppy and can care
for it.

Pups in a litter are picked according to the order that deposits are received. We reserve the right to retain pick of any litter for
showing and breeding purposes.  We will supply pictures and bios on the pups to help you choose.

Gestation period:

For a canine is approximately 63 days. After a pup is born, it needs to stay here until it is 7 to 8 weeks of age. Pups receive their
1st vaccinations at 6 weeks and pups need socialization with members of its litter along with discipline from mother.

Are the parents of the pups on the premises?

Most of our dogs live here on our farm. A few dams are co-owned and may reside on another farm. We encourage new puppy
owners to visit our farm in order to meet the parents and observe their friendly, fun-loving dispositions.

Veterinary Health Certificate (Fee $25) – Tri County Animal Clinic

We are also offering the option to have the Health Check done by our vet before you pick up your puppy. You will be provided
with an official health certificate by the vet.

We highly suggest you have your puppy micro-chipped by the vet for an additional fee of $35.00.  We feel that this is an
important commitment on the part of breeders and puppy owners to keep their dogs safe and to make every effort to ensure
that your dog is found in the unfortunate instance that your dog is lost or stolen

Registration Options

All pups are sold with AKC Registration Applications

Be aware...most reputable breeders sell their puppies on a LIMITED REGISTRATION to prevent the improper breeding of their
puppies. Do not be 'put off' by a breeder who tells you that they only sell puppies on a limited registration. In fact, you should
consider that this breeder has only the best interest of the breed in mind when selling on this basis. Limited registration is a tool
with which we can protect our breeding program.

AKC registration application forms provide the option for registering dogs with limited registration.   Limited registration
means that litters produced by the dog are not eligible for AKC registration.  The dog is eligible to compete in all AKC-
licensed events except breed competition at an AKC-licensed dog show.   The decision as to the registration status of a dog is the
responsibility of the litter owner(s).

The limited designation may be removed upon the written permission of the litter owner.

AKC strongly recommends that if a dog is being sold with limited registration that the litter owner(s) make this condition clear to
the potential dog buyer(s) so that there is no confusion about the terms under which the dog was purchased.   If breeders
provide a written bill of sale in addition to the registration application form, we (AKC) would urge that the bill of sale include the
fact that the dog is being sold with limited registration and that the buyer acknowledges in writing that the dog is being accepted
with that condition.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Dogs are placed only in approved homes and we reserve the right to repossess any said dog if dog is being
mistreated/abused/neglected, etc.  If it is necessary for us to repossess an animal, registration will immediately be transferred
back into our names without any compensation to Buyer.

Seller assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable to any person for any damage or injury to persons or property that
may be caused by the animal, or any of its offspring. Seller is not responsible for any bills incurred by Buyer. Buyer agrees to
fully defend, release, indemnify and hold harmless Seller from any claim, cause of action or judgment that may arise in
connection with the animal, or any of its offspring, regardless of any negligence on the part of the Seller.

HEALTH

The term GUARANTEE is not meant to imply that this dog will NEVER develop an illness.  There is no line of dogs completely
free of hereditary defects.  Most defects are not so serious that it drastically interferes with a dog's quality of life and with
proper nutrition and veterinary care, they can live fulfilling lives.  Reasonable effort has been taken to ensure that such
disorders are avoided; however, the Purchaser is advised that it is still entirely possible that such problems can occur in any
dog.

1)   Pet/companion puppies/dogs are guaranteed against INHERITED life-threatening, crippling disease.  Replacement puppy/dog
of like kind will be provided once we are given applicable health records, tests, etc. (and we have the right to seek a second opinion)

2)   A replacement will only be provided if affected puppy/dog has either been a) returned to us (the Breeder)
        b) neutered/spayed (proof required).

3)  If any puppy/dog has been bred, guarantee is null and void. NO MONETARY REFUNDS.

4)  Pets/companions are not guaranteed to pass OFA and are only replaced if affected by life-threatening/crippling disease.

5)  We will not replace a dog due to geriatric problems stemming from old age, etc.

6)  If replacement is warranted, the Purchaser has the option of keeping the affected dog and not receiving replacement until
existing affected dog passes away.  Or, the Purchaser may receive replacement as a companion to affected dog.

7)  Seller has right to receive affected dog (ownership shall be transferred to Seller) if Seller so requests.

8)  All veterinary expenses related to the treatment(s) of any dog is responsibility of Purchaser and/or RESIDENT GUARDIAN.

9)  Any related transportation expenses incurred for replacement is responsibility of Purchaser.

10)  We request that the Purchaser inform us of any health problems in an effort to assist us in continually evaluating the
breeding program.

The behavior and ultimate management of the disposition of said dog is the responsibility of the Purchaser. Some dogs can be
strong-willed & stubborn.  Others are more complacent, willing to please.
